Jumeirah Golf Estates, “Earth” course to host the Grand Finale of The Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge 2011-2012

Xerox, the leading enterprise for business process and document management launches the Grand Finale of the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai on Thursday 26^th April 2012. The finale will host the top 50 teams of the previous ten qualifying rounds. Each of the teams will have the opportunity to compete for the Grand Prize, a trip to the 2012 British Open Championship taking place in Royal Lytham & St Annes on the 19th – 22nd of July 2012. 

The Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge, managed by Troon Golf would like to give a special thank you to their sponsors, Avis Rent a Car and ABB, as well as co-sponsors Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, ECCO and Crystal Gallery in addition to media sponsors Khaleej Times and Golf Digest. With the sponsor’s continuous support the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge has been able grow by reaching teams from all  over the Middle East as well as regionally expanding by hosting additional qualifying rounds. Jumeirah Golf Estates is located at the heart of the ‘new’ Dubai and has successfully hosted The Dubai World Championship since 2009.

The 14^th Annual Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge has included teams from all over the Middle East region and has hosted the largest number of participants regionally as well as branching into new regions such as, Saudi Aramco.  The number of participants who showed interest this year was the highest in the tournament’s history, emphasizing the tournaments popularity.  Furthermore, The Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge is active on social media forums such as Facebook. Xerox Emirates has launched a competition for fans that is live on the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge Facebook Fan page. The competition has already announced a number of raffle winners as well as some of the great prizes that have been won, which include a weekend stay for 2 at the Park Hyatt, a Xerox Phaser 3140 printer, a lunch for 2 at the Els Club, a Friday brunch for 2 at Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel and a Callaway Golf Club.
