Fine launches employees’ family visits initiative

Based on its commitment to its employees and its belief in the importance of the interaction between the work environment and the employee’s family, FINE Hygienic Paper Company, part of Nuqul Group, launched a new initiative for its employees allowing their families and children to visit them at their work site.

FINE’s Board of Employees launched this initiative enabling families to know the work place for the father or the mother and see the company's work and be part of their working day.

On this occasion, Mr. Waseem Nuqul, Levant Area Marketing Manager for Fine Hygienic Paper Company, commented: “FINE, and since its inception, keens to continuously communicate with its employees and their families and this is in line with company’s strategy.” 

It’s worth mentioning that the children were very pleased with this visit which allowed them to see their parent’s work place, where FINE secured transportation for family members bringing them from their residences to FINE’s sites in both locations; Thuheibeh and Arainbeh, where gifts were given to children at the end of the visit.

Fine Hygienic Paper Company is Nuqul Group’s first industrial operation which was founded in 1958.
