Eton Institute offers Crèche and day care facilities to its students and staff

Eton Institute becomes the first educational provider to offer crèche and day care facilities to its students and staff who have children below 4 years. Students taking courses and staff members at Eton Institute, can now benefit from the crèche and day care facilities and be assured that their toddlers are in safe hands with highly experienced and professionally qualified care givers, while enrolled in courses or employed at Eton Institute.

Parents make a large number of the workforce in the UAE and the need for better HR practices to accommodate mothers and to provide crèche and day care facilities was inevitable. The day care facilities alone provide security for a parent who would otherwise have to consider alternatives to have their children taken care of during work hours. "To have a crèche and day care facility on location is an ideal solution for me. I am able to attend classes at more flexible times now without having to worry about who will take care of my daughter, I know she is in good hands", stated Laura Stride, a student at Eton Institute.

This venture by Eton Institute will set a benchmark for other educational providers and organizations to follow.
