The Department of Municipal Affairs conducts stakeholders satisfaction survey

As a part of the Department of Municipal Affairs (DMA)’s efforts to enhance relations with its Strategic Stakeholders in the public and private sectors, a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey had been launched by the DMA covering all areas related to the stakeholder’s perception of the DMA role’s as a regulatory and legislative body for the municipal system ( Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality & Western Region Municipality) in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and other issues related to communications with stakeholders and engagements of Strategic Stakeholders in the DMA policies, projects and activities in order to know the overall satisfaction of dealings and communications between both sides.

The DMA considers Satisfaction surveys as an important tool to enhance relations and improve the municipal services and looks into the stakeholders Feedback as an important aspect in helping the Municipal System to achieve best results, and also reflects the DMA’s commitment towards excellence and the Abu Dhabi Government vision. 

The stakeholder satisfaction survey which ends by the 25th of October will enable the DMA to identify specific areas for improvement and to make positive changes, as it strives to collaborate effectively with its stakeholders and to fulfil its mission to offer the best possible municipal services to the residents of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its investors and visitors.
