ALBAWABA - Today, March 10, the Israeli army announced launching a new wave of attacks targeting Iran, as the war in the region continues to escalate. Explosions were reported in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
The Israeli military said on Tuesday it started a new wave of strikes on Tehran, on the 11th day of the war, which began on Feb. 28.
"The IDF has begun a wave of strikes against Iranian terror regime targets in Tehran," the military revealed in a brief statement Tuesday.
The United States and Israel launched a joint-preemptive attack targeting Iranian military sites and officials on Saturday, Feb. 28, leading to the killing of high-ranking military officers, including Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei.
Rapidly, Iran announced "Operation True Promise 4" against Tel Aviv and U.S. assets in the Middle East, and targeted American bases in Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE.
