Biolab – the Kingdom’s leading accredited diagnostic laboratory, offering more than 700 medical diagnostic services across 17 branches – sponsored and supported the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) 4th Quality Conference and Exhibition, which was held Under the Patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah the second. The Minister of Health Prof. Mahmoud Al Shayyab initiated the inauguration of the conference on behalf of His Majesty King Abdullah the second. The conference was held between December 4-6, 2017 in Hayat Amman Hotel. Biolab sponsored this conference, where they displayed a booth to interact directly with the audience and visitors and spread awareness around the quality diagnostic services offered by Biolab.
Their Highnesses Prince Mired bin Ra’ad and Princess Dina Mired attended the conference inauguration that was entitled “Minding the Gap between Systems and Practice, it’s all About Patient Safety!”. The conference brought together local, regional and international expertise to share with the audience practical steps and approaches that have immediate impact on improving healthcare delivery, maximizing quality and promoting patient safety while leading to better health outcomes.
Marking this occasion, Biolab’s CEO and founder, Dr. Amid Abdelnour said, “Promoting quality patient care is one of Biolab’s mandates, by supporting the HCAC 2017 4th Quality Conference and Exhibition we emphasize our continuous determination to provide sufficient knowledge on the importance of improving quality health care services for patients’ safety. Biolab is in the process of obtaining the HCAC accreditation, that would demonstrate our efforts in extending the best services to our customers within the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency and effectiveness.”
Hundreds of healthcare experts and specialists in the area and around the world have participated in the conference.
