ALBAWABA – The Regent Residences project, a $1 billion skyscraper development in Dubai, UAE, is designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Sankari Real Estate and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Dubai Regent Residences

The project features two 180-meter-tall skyscrapers, connected at the top by a ‘sky pool’ rooftop with views overlooking Dubai Marina. According to the developers, the pool will be accessible only to exclusive residents.

The project consists of 63 luxury penthouses, each featuring six bedrooms, a gym, and a private elevator. Developers expect the project to be completed by 2027, with a total value of approximately $1 billion.

Additionally, the project will offer one-floor apartments with stunning views of the Marina and Burj Khalifa. Apartments without access to the 'sky pool' will feature private swimming terraces and access to another indoor pool.

According to Foster + Partners, the global architecture, engineering, urban, and landscape design studio behind the project, the design of the two skyscrapers is inspired by flowing water.

Apartment prices at Dubai Regent Residences will start at $10 million. Residents will have access to tennis and paddle courts, outdoor lounges, a private cinema, open green spaces, as well as restaurants and retail spaces, according to sources.

It is worth noting that the two skyscrapers will feature distinct exterior designs by Foster + Partners. The company has previously designed the 80-story Index skyscraper in Dubai, the House of Wisdom cultural center in Sharjah, and the Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi.
