ALBAWABA – Dubai unveils the world’s thinnest 380 meters skyscraper. The skyscraper is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Canal and is designed to feature the width of a single apartment, it will offer luxury residences starting at $5 million (AED 18 million).
Muraba Veil: thinnest skyscraper in Dubai
Muraba Veil, the new architecture wonder in Dubai, is 380 meters tall and 22.5 meters wide, featuring just one apartment wide, making it the thinnest skyscraper ever built in Dubai.
The design team behind Muraba Veil said: “Awe-inspiring yet understated, Muraba Veil rises from the dunes above the UAE’s most cosmopolitan and future-facing city, presenting a daring, stop-you-in-your-tracks spectacle.”

Prices for the apartments will start at approximately $5 million (AED 18 million).
The skyscraper is a 73 stories tower and will feature 131 apartments all offering panoramic views. Additionally, the tower will include a spa, a fine dining restaurant, an art gallery, a private cinema, and a paddle court.
“This is more than a beautiful residence. What we set out to achieve is a life-enhancing work of architecture that reflects the heritage of the UAE’s built environment. We want Muraba Veil to embody serenity, the same calm you feel when you enter the courtyard of an Arabic home,” said Ibrahim Al Ghurair, managing director of Muraba.
The tower is developed by Muraba, the Dubai-based property firm, and RCR Arquitectes, the Spanish architecture firm consisting of principles and co-founders Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem, and Ramon Vilalta.
It is worth mentioning that the prices for the apartments will start at approximately $5 million (AED 18 million).
