ALBAWABA - London Gate, UAE’s leading real estate company, and Franck Muller, the famous Swiss luxury watchmaker, announced the creation of the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower, an iconic new development in Dubai.

The Franck Muller Vanguard Tower will be developed in the Dubai Marina area and will showcase an innovative design, branded with luxury and sophistication.
The new tower is expected to be completed by September 2027, with a total investment budget of approximately $450 million (AED 1.6 billion). The company stated that the tower will offer a luxurious living experience for its residents, with unit prices starting at $337,500 (AED 1.25 million).

“After the record-breaking success of our first project together with Aeternitas Tower, we have set a benchmark for what branded residences can achieve in Dubai. This positions our partnership with London Gate as one of the most successful collaborations between a developer and a luxury brand in the region,” added Erol Baliyan, Managing Director, Franck Muller.
According to London Gate, the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower will feature 34 stories with approximately 722 luxury residential units, ranging from studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
The sizes of the apartments are set to range from 414 to 1,862 square feet, including options of 674, 779, 1,010, 1,041, and 1,768 square feet.
