ALBAWABA - London Gate, the real estate development company in the United Arab Emirates, and Franck Muller, the Swiss manufacturer of luxury watches, hosted an event where they unveiled the "Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower," the tallest luxury branded residential clock tower in the world.
The project, located in Dubai Marina, is estimated to have a sales value of over 2 billion dirhams. The residences of the Franck Muller Atternitas Tower are scheduled to be delivered in June 2027. The tower stands at a height of 450 meters and features a giant clock manufactured by Franck Muller.
In this regard, Eman Taha, the CEO of London Gate, emphasized the company's commitment to continue delivering the finest residential projects in Dubai and adding iconic landmarks to the city's skyline. They are set to introduce a collection of exclusive properties worth over 8 billion dirhams this year in Dubai.
She added that the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will not just be a residential building offered by London Gate but will serve as a living example reflecting the company's dedication to craftsmanship, engineering creativity, and exclusive lifestyle. Through their strategic partnership with Franck Muller, they aim to revolutionize the concept of luxury living and reshape the city's skyline.
The 106-storey tower is expected to reshape Dubai's skyline with a diverse and exclusive range of distinctive residences offered by London Gate, including luxurious Sky Mansions, Sky Villas, and carefully designed homes ranging from one to three bedrooms.
On the other hand, Mr. Erol Baliyan, the Managing Director of Franck Muller, stated that his company sees time as a platform for creativity, and the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower is the result of their collaboration with London Gate. It represents an artistic masterpiece that goes beyond traditional norms.
