Sources at the Jordanian Treasury Ministry estimated the value of the Jordan’s budget for 2002 at JD 2.23 billion ($3.24 billion). Nevertheless, this assessment excludes Jordan’s allowance from the Economic and Social Correction Scheme executed in cooperation with the World Bank, reported Al-Hayat .
