According to <i>Almendhar</i>, Iraqi minister of education Dr. Hazem Sammy
Almothafar said that the ministry has allocated 60 million Dinar to
support the food program for schools.
Meanwhile, the ministry studies the logistics to implement such an important nationwide project. The program is to include all Iraqi school with no exceptions, the report added.
As far as the delay in the implementation process , the minister said
that the exceptional circumstances in Iraq did not provide the ideal
conditions to start the program. However, he stated that the quantities of
milk powders and biscuits are ready for distribution.
