Brand-Rex Signs Distributorship Agreement with Magnum Connect

Brand-Rex, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of structured and high performance cabling systems for data networks, today signed a contract appointing value-added distributor Magnum Connect (MAGNUM) as an independent primary distributor of its entire range of communication infrastructure products in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Africa, excluding Saudi Arabia.  MAGNUM, with over ten years experience in the structured cabling distribution business has a proven track-record of delivering IT infrastructure solutions into the GCC market.

 

Announcing the partnership, Mr. Andrew Gomez, Regional Manager, Brand-Rex Services Ltd. said, “Magnum Connect has been our distributor in Africa for over five years and has been doing an exceptional job of developing our brand and business in that region. In the recent past Magnum has made huge strides in developing an extensive reseller network in the GCC and established itself as a formidable value added distributor, with a highly capable and motivated team. Brand-Rex is recognised as a market leader in the manufacture of cabling solutions. We invest heavily in ‘Research and Development’ to ensure our customers have access to the best of technology and leading-edge products. It was only logical that we decided to extend our partnership with Magnum to include the GCC in addition to Africa in order to take our business to the next level”. 

 

Through this partnership, MAGNUM is responsible for distributing Brand-Rex’s high performance communication infrastructure products and solutions including GigaPlus, CAT6Plus, 10GPlus Augmented, U-MediaPlus, Voice, FiberPlus and Data Centre product set.
