University of Dubai’s Board of Trustees confirms graduates of 2011

The University of Dubai’s (UD) Board of Trustees recently held a meeting at Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry to confirm the list of graduates for the academic year 2010-2011 and to discuss latest developments of the university’s budget and its implications. 

The meeting presided by Chairman Majid Hamad Al Shamsi was also attended by the members and UD President Dr. Omar Hefni who informed the board of UD’s achievements during the last academic year. 

A total of 197 graduates were confirmed to attend the 9^th Graduation Ceremony on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 5:00pm. To be held under the patronage and in the presence of Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, the ceremony will take place at The Cultural and Scientific Association in Mamzar. 

Students from the College of Business Administration and College of Information Technology will receive their degrees at the ceremony that will be attended by VIPs, dignitaries, educational administrators, alumni, parents, staff, faculty and students.
