Tasweek Real Estate Development & Marketing to expand Asian reach

Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing, a leading real estate advisor and solutions provider, has entered into a partnership agreement with Malaysian multimedia firm Hiraku Media Group in a move to further broaden its Asian presence.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Malaysian Prime Minister The Honourable Dato’ Sri Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak during the ‘Invest Malaysia 2011’ conference recently held at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Under the terms of the agreement, Tasweek will avail and market Hiraku’s core businesses of Digital Media Distribution, Digital Content Production Services, and New Media Advertising Solutions.
The media group’s Hiraku TV set-top box is a multimedia provider of television-supported video and online content. The Hiraku TV platform offers more than just regular TV: one can shop, learn, play, and communicate through its user friendly TV applications, all from the comfort of one’s living room via their remote control.
CEO of Hiraku Media Group, Izmir Mujab said, “Hiraku Media Group is proud to partner with Tasweek to spread the television revolution in the UAE. Upon availability of the Hiraku set-top box, our customers in the UAE will be able to enjoy hundreds of video on demand channels on their high definition TV sets at no subscription fees. Since the only requirement to view the content is a broadband connection, customers will only pay a one-time minimal fee for the set-top box, in addition to their monthly internet charges. This means that TV and content will be free, interactive, relevant, and accessible from anywhere, with international channels that are not affected by weather or limited by line of sight. This is the way TV should be in the UAE and everywhere else.”
Tasweek's partnership with the media entertainment solutions company will enable it to tap next-generation technologies to introduce its brand to the Asian markets as it builds up its international portfolio and clientele.
“Asia is the largest and most populous continent in the world so it is obviously among our priority target markets. During our recent trips to key markets such as Singapore and Malaysia we were able to make substantial progress in improving our visibility and establishing strategic ties. Now we have the opportunity to engage more Malaysian customers in particular via our agreement with Hiraku. Our expansion of our international base is in line with our plans to boost our brand via high-profile projects and partnerships and to enhance our asset management scope and capabilities,” said Masood Al Awar, CEO, Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing.
Tasweek aims to forge more Asian ventures and open up other markets to their new partners in the region via tie-ups with organizations such as Hiraku. All these initiatives fall under the company’s aggressive three-year business growth program and marketing strategy.
