Manchester United have initiated talks with Napoli for Victor Osimhen, who is spending the season on loan at Galatasaray.

The Nigeria international opted to leave the Serie A giants after falling out with club president Aurelio De Laurentiis.

His current deal has a buyout clause of €81m, that is set to drop to €75m next summer.

United are considering a cash-plus-player exchange for Osimhen, according to Fanatik, and are open to sending Josh Zirkzee to the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium plus an extra fee.

It appears that Napoli boss Antonio Conte has already accepted the terms of the deal.
