Algerian women's national football team starts Saturday, at Sidi Moussa technical centre, in Algiers, a training camp ahead of Africa Cup of Nations 2018 and FIFA World Cup 2019 qualifiers.
Algerian coach Azzeddine Chih called 26 players to take part in the training camp, some of whom for the first time like Loubna Adjaoud and Lila Benboudjemaa (CFF Akbou).
Most players are from two clubs, namely Affak Relizane and FC Constantine, with six players from each club.
"The Algerian national team's goal is to prepare for the qualifiers of the CAN 2018, to be hosted by Ghana, and the World Cup 2019 in France," the national coach told APS.
"We have decided to start early to get enough time for a better preparation."
