Sony Ericsson Middle East today announced that more than 10 new additional games are optimized and now available for Xperia PLAY users in the region. The Gameloft titles include a broad range of genres varying between sports, social, arcades and action.

Offering a rich combination of popular, innovative, immersive and addictive titles that are graphically rich, the new titles will appeal to varied users and usage occasions. Xperia PLAY comes with six preloaded titles in the device that is available in the Middle East market.

Spider-Man: Total Mayhem, the best action game from Gameloft, is one of the most exciting titles announced for Xperia PLAY. It boasts ultra-dynamic gameplay with more than 20 fighting combos that take advantage of Spider-Man's extraordinary agility and super powers.

Amongst other titles announced for the Middle East markets are Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, N.O.V.A.2: Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance, Let's Golf 2 and Splinter Cell: Conviction.

Leading franchises that were preloaded in Xperia PLAY include EA's Need for Speed, Sims 3 and the world-first multiplayer version of FIFA 10 for mobile.
