Western celebs have become some of our most regular guests, jet-setting to the region for events like the Dubai Film Festival going on now, concerts, festivals, shopping, guest appearances or to simply get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
And nothing says I’ve got time to spare and cash to blow than a first class ticket to the Emirates - especially if they’re flying on the luxurious Emirates Airlines and most likely letting off steam with a relaxing shower on route to their destination, just like the airline’s new face Jennifer Aniston probably does!
Sure, loads of singers pop over the Atlantic to perform in places like Dubai, Cairo and Tel Aviv, but troves of superstars simply travel to Arabia because, well, we’re irresistible and there’s nothing cooler than being seen by the tallest building in the world or the ancient Roman ruins of Jerash!
We’ve rallied a few of Hollywood’s hottest that made their way East this year (a more exhaustive list would take us ‘til next Christmas to contrive). Daesh didn't deter those folks from entering Arab lands. We can’t wait to see whom 2016 rallies to the region.
