Kaduna is the third most populated state in Nigeria.

Popular meat market and standard abattoir seems a far-fetch reality.

Currently in Kaduna there is no standard abattoir or slaughter house to process meat products being consumed by the populace. Hence there exists a high risk pidemic.

Daily life in the Kaduna Abatour meat market is simple for Nigerian people. Everyone has something to do, even the kids. They usually cuts cow met.

People boil cow blood in the street before the sun-drying process to make fertiliser at Kaduna Abatour meat market. Others peel a cow horn to clean it before the boiling process to clean them. Once they are dry, people prepare them ready to sell as utensils to cook or drink.
