After two years of suspending concerts in Jordan due to the Coronavirus, Al Hanouneh folklore dancing troupe performed at the Amman Palace of Culture.
Before Covid-19, the group used to hold concerts annually to commemorate the 1976 Arab Lands Days when six Palestinians were killed by Israeli soldiers while protesting the government's decision to expropriate thousands of acres of Palestinian lands illegally.
The colorful event highlights Palestinian traditional songs reflecting identity, land possession, resistance, and the fight against occupation through symbolic, cultural, artistic means and movements that keeps the Palestinian dream alive.
