ALBAWABA - The story of this Yazidi woman has gone viral in the Iraqi community as she had suffered during her life after she was held hostage for the Islamic State (ISIS) and was able to survive to find herself a victim of domestic violence,
Delsoz Mustafa, a 27-year-old Iraqi Yazidi female, is living in Sinjar town in the Sinjar District of the Nineveh Governorate in northern Iraq. She was murdered at the hands of her husband on March 4.
Mustafa was killed at the hands of her husband, identified as Khalad Khero, who stabbed her multiple times and fled the place to an unknown destination.
The Yazidi woman was subjected to kidnapping by the ISIS terrorist group back when they took control of Iraq and other Arab countries, where they took many women and Yazidi females as war captives, Iraqi Women Rights posted on X.
Delsoz Mustafa was one of those who were held by the ISIS group along with her sisters, but she was able to survive and flee in Aug. 2019. The Islamic terrorists, however, killed her parents.
In 2019, she married Khalad Khero and the couple welcomed their first child, however, as she was an ISIS hostage, her husband wanted to wash "his honor" so he stabbed her to death in a cold-blooded murder.
