ALBAWABA - A video circulated on social media showing a man holding a stick and brutally hitting a woman in the middle of the day before other men; including minors, joined the attack.
According to some netizens, the video is expected to be taken in Syria's Tall as Samn in Ar-Raqqah Governorate. Initial unconfirmed reports revealed that the attack happened against two sisters, and was carried out by brothers and relatives.
Many accounts on X (formerly Twitter) posted the video and allegedly said that relatives carried out a brutal attack against two sisters; Lina and Aisha, in Syria's Ar-Raqqah Governorate.
In the video that went viral online, a woman was heard screaming as she was brutally beaten and dragged by a man before other people came and joined the person in attacking the woman.
Other photos were posted online, one showing the woman with her head covered in blood, and another female in the hospital, as many claimed that the attack happened under the "honor" excuse.
Unconfirmed data emerged online allegedly saying that three people were arrested with links to the brutal attack against two sisters; Lina and Aisha.
