ALBAWABA - Amid the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, A Palestinian child was assaulted and had his shirt stripped of him by an IOF soldier while shopping for groceries with his mother in the West Bank area.
The video in question caused quite a stir among human rights and pro-Palestine activists as the Israeli soldier was seen slapping the child and then forcefully demanding he take his shirt off, leaving the child confused about what happened.

According to Quds Network, the incident specifically happened in a supermarket located in the city of Hebron, West Bank. Users took to the video's comment section after it was posted on X (formerly Twitter) and likened the IOF soldier in question to a "bully" and to "pick up on someone his size instead of attacking an innocent child that's shopping with his mom".
The camera that took the video shows the child going in front of his younger brother or friend as they looked outside of the supermarket only to be met with two Israeli soldiers, one of them slapped the back of his head and flung his shirt in demand of taking it off as mentioned above.
More people took to the comment section to voice their concern and anger over the matter:
"For those that don’t know, this is what military occupation looks like."
"Grown men really leave their European and American cushy lives to come harass and damage kids. And they wonder why they grow up hating them."
"What word can describe these people? I’m really out of words."

By the time of writing this article, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip since Oct. 7 resulted in the killing of at least 32,226 and the injuring of more than 74,518 Palestinians of whom are children and women.
Moreover, at least 27 Palestinian children passed away from malnutrition because of the limited supply of food and water they were receiving from outside aid.
