Many pro-Palestinian activists widely slammed the We Smile clinic for mockingly adding the photo of the journalist and mocking the suffering of Gazans who barely get access to basic life materials including food and water amid over 130 days of war carried out by Israel.
After the controversy that the Israeli clinic caused, We Smile Israel deleted the post from Instagram.
Saleh Aljafarawi has been one of the unique journalists who captured the Israeli crimes in Gaza since Oct. 7. However, Israel has been targeting journalists, who are capturing the truth as according to the Gaza government, at least 130 journalists have been killed since the latest war broke out.
Israel following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation launched a large-scale attack on Gaza killing over 29,000 people and injuring more than 69,170 others, according to the Health Ministry in Gaza.
