First footage shared after shooting attack on Israel-Jordan border

ALBAWABA - Three Israelis were killed in a shooting attack near the Allenby Bridge border crossing between the occupied West Bank and Jordan, Magen David Adom (MDA) revealed on Sunday.

In a statement, MDS said: "At 09:55 a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Jerusalem area about 2 gunshot wounds near the Allenby border terminal. MDA medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment to 2 injured people in a serious condition."

The Israeli army announced that the shooter was identified as a Jordanian truck driver who entered from the border and opened fire killing three Israeli security men, before he was killed.

Jordan's Ministry of Interior announced, on Sunday, that an investigation was launched into the shooting incident that took place on the other side of the King Hussein Bridge between Jordan and the West Bank.

Palestine TV reported that the Israeli authorities temporarily closed the "crossing" in both directions after the shooting operation that resulted in 3 deaths.

Videos and photos were shared online showing the aftermath of the shooting attack that killed three Israelis near the border with Jordan. 

In one of the clips, the Israeli ambulances and rescue teams were spotted at the location. In another one, the Jordanian truck driver was seen on the ground after he was shot dead by Israeli forces.
