Last Tuesday evening, the adviser of the Syrian presidency Luna Al-Shibl was subjected to a horrific car accident that led her to the emergency room and left her in a critical condition. On Friday, Syria announced the death of the former journalist due to the accident.
Luna Al Shibl nicknamed Syria's Second Lady for being close to President Bashar Assad and his family, but her accident has triggered wide online debate about whether it was planned or not highlighting that the person who caused the accident was arrested.

The latest buzz on social media claims that Luna Al Shibl, the adviser of the Syrian presidency, was assassinated by Iran.
According to the theory, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Intelligence had earlier entered Syria's presidential palace and took army officers working for Luna Al Shibil in accusations of being agents to Israel and the United States.
It was then allegedly said that the car crash of Luna Al Shibil was planned by Iran's IRGC reportedly for her involvement with Israel with many claiming that the Syrian advisor of Assad was linked to the attack against the Iranian council in Damascus in which eight officers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and two Syrian civilians were killed.
