Yemen Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal sent a cable of congratulations to his Somali counterpart Ali Mohammed Jeedi on the National Day of his country, according to <i>SABA</i> news agency.
Ba-Jammal expressed his wishes of prosperity for the people of Somalia, the agency added.
