Yemen and Ireland are to establish diplomatic relations following talks between their ambassadors to the United Nations, the official SABA news agency reported Wednesday.
Abdullah Saleh al-Shatal, Yemen's UN representative, and his Irish counterpart Richard Ryan issued a joint statement overnight announcing that diplomatic links would be established, SABA said, without announcing a date - SANAA (AFP)
