ALBAWABA - In a horrifying development, four suspects who are thought to have carried out the horrific incident in Moscow have been taken into custody by Russian officials.

The confession claims that in exchange for money, the attackers were given instructions to kill people at random at a performance venue.
During questioning, the suspects—who are allegedly connected to ISIS—confessed that they were paid $5,400 to take part in the attack. They made the heart-stopping admission that they had been deliberately stalking concertgoers in order to get money.
