AB Volvo reported Friday that Volvo Trucks has signed a new cooperative agreement with Iran's Saipa Diesel for the manufacture of heavy trucks, AFX news service reported.
Under the terms of the new agreement, Volvo Trucks will supply 1,500 units a year and will allow Saipa Diesel to manufacture truck components locally under the supervision of Volvo Trucks, it added.
