ALBAWABA - An Israeli journalist demolishes structures in southern Lebanon in an Al Jazeera Video. This contradicts the Israeli military's attack on Palestinian journalists they allege of supporting Gazan resistance organizations.

The Channel 12 journalist appears with Israeli forces on social media video. One soldier gestures to a demolition device and says, "We have one last task here... there’s a building, the gray one." He said the building overlooks gunfire-prone Dovif and Miron.

The journalist tells the soldier, "From this place, from this place." The soldier with the demolition device tells the journalist, "You will press here, and no fire will be returned from there." As the countdown ends, the journalist ignites the bomb, causing the structure to fall and spew smoke.

The journalist claims, "It has been destroyed; another threat has been neutralized against the State of Israel." The wrecked facility was an armaments storage.

This episode raises issues concerning Israeli journalists' participation in military activities, particularly when the Israeli army labels Palestinian journalists as resistance members rather than newsgatherers.

The Israeli army spokeswoman, Avichai Adraee, has claimed that Hamas and Islamic Jihad papers recovered in Gaza link six Al Jazeera journalists to these organizations.

Al Jazeera and the Gaza government's media office have strongly denounced the Israeli military's unfounded charges against its Gaza correspondents.

Al Jazeera's field correspondents continue to report on the humanitarian situation caused by the Israeli siege and the purposeful targeting of civilians in northern Gaza despite current tensions.
