ALBAWABA- US and UK forces launched two airstrikes on the Al-Salif district, located north of Hodeidah, according to initial reports. 

The strikes are part of a series of retaliatory actions by the US, UK, and Israel targeting Hodeidah's port city, Al-Salif, and other key infrastructure in Yemen's western coastal governorate, which the Houthis control.

The escalation follows recent Houthi military operations in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, which were carried out in support of Gaza. 

The latest airstrikes reflect mounting tensions in the region, as US-Western allies intensify their military response to Houthi activities.
