ALBAWABA - Since the start of the latest Israeli aggressive airstrikes on the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, the United States has been sending weapons and arms to Israel, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported.
In detail, the WSJ report revealed that the US, which is supporting Israel, shipped a substantial arsenal, including large bunker-busting bombs, to Tel Aviv amid its continuous attacks on Gaza.
Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip have killed over 15,000 Palestinians, more than 6,000 of whom are children.
WSJ cited US officials who stated that C-17 military cargo planes carrying about 15,000 bombs and 57,000 artillery shells were sent by the Biden administration to Israel since the beginning of the Israeli attacks on Gaza.
In addition, the American newspaper reported that the list of munitions contains over 5,400 MK84 bombs, 5,000 unguided MK82 bombs, around 1,000 GBU-39 small-diameter bombs, and about 3,000 joint direct attack munitions (JDAM) that convert unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions.
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that over 193 Palestinians were killed and 652 others were injured since Friday after Israel announced renewing attacks on the strip.
The total number of deaths since Oct. 7 has jumped to over 15,000, according to Gaza authorities. Meanwhile, about 1,200 Israelis were killed, according to Israeli media and sources.
