ALBAWABA - An unconfirmed report was made by Israel's N12 and revealed that the United States is discussing a ceasefire deal in Gaza with Arab countries.

According to N12, the US and several Arab countries are talking about a possible ceasefire plan in Gaza after over a year of the war without involving Israel in the talks.

In August, Hamas refused to join the latest round of talks on a Gaza ceasefire deal as according to back-then reports, any possible ceasefire would ban Iran from revenging for the killing of its leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran last month.

Israel is currently busy discussing a retaliation plan against Iran's October 1 attack in which Tehran targeted Tel Aviv with hundreds of ballistic missiles.

Three American officials revealed to Axios that US President Biden will possibly hold a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday to discuss a possible response to Iran.

According to media sources, Israel's retaliation will target military sites in Iran and clandestine attacks similar to the one that killed Haniyeh in Tehran during his visit to attend the inauguration of Masoud Pezeshkian.

The secret Gaza ceasefire talks came along with the Israeli army's announcement that three soldiers were injured in fighting in southern Lebanon since Tuesday.
