The United Nation’s chief nuclear inspector Mohamed ElBaradei is expected to visit Iran between February 22-23, advancing by three days a previously planned trip, according to a spokesman.

ElBaradei had originally been scheduled to visit the Islamic Republic on February 25-26 but the Iranians wanted him to come a bit earlier, said Melissa Fleming, spokeswoman for the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

ElBaradei, the IAEA Head, is expected to meet Iranian President Mohammed Khatami and to visit two new nuclear facilities - in Arak, west of Tehran, and Natanz, in central Iran. (Albawaba.com)
