ALBAWABA - Studio Trigger has finally revealed the full crew for Cyberpunk Edgerunners II, following four consecutive days of character reveals. Moreover, one of the most anticipated anime of the year is set to premiere on Netflix in Fall 2026.
Netflix took to social media and wrote, featuring the new visual, "New crew. Same chaos. Cyberpunk Edgerunners 2, coming this fall, only on Netflix."
According to Crunchyroll Studio, Trigger and Netflix revealed the four main characters so far:
Weak Kingsley: A veteran Edgerunner who was once known as "King" for being at the top of his game. However, he now lives in the shadow of his former self.

Next is D: A Snack Nation Netrunner who aims to hunt the killer of his wiped-out clan. He is known for his sharp technical skills and hunger for revenge.
Sitting right down the middle is Media, who is a "young cinephile in search of real stories in a city that abandoned cinema for braindances. Obsessed with documenting the truth and following the lives of other people."
Last but not least is Talia Yang, who "hails from the corpo towers… but her heart belongs to chrome and violence."
The creators of Edgerunners II confirmed that the upcoming sequel will be its standalone story, featuring a new cast of characters and a reportedly darker tone. Yes, even darker, sadder, and more raw than the first season, according to director Kai Ikarashi with the supervision of the game's Polish developer CD Projekt Red.
