The UAE and Syria signed six cooperation agreements on Tuesday, said the official Emirati news agency, WAM.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the minister of information and culture, and Syrian Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Khalid Raad signed the documents in Damascus.
Raad said their countries' joint committee would hold regular meetings, and that the two sides would work to implement the agreements and follow up on their implementation in order to further strengthen bilateral relations – Albawaba.com
