Over 30 UAE racers and administrators will take part in an international marathon to be held in the United States, revenues of which will go to kidney treatment centre in New York.
Deputy Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces said in a press conference held in Abu Dhabi Saturday night that the UAE delegation will leave Abu Dhabi on May 22 to participate in the international marathon to be held under the auspices of Emirates Airline, the official <i>WAM</i> news agency reported.
He also said that the committee detailed to organise the Fourth Zayed's Marathon has already started its preparations for the fourth edition of the event to be held in December under the patronage of the minister of presidential affairs and in coordination with Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and the Emirates Athletics Association.
