A new Chinese herbal medicine to treat drug addiction has been approved and registered by the UAE’s health ministry.
The medicine, Fukang Tablet, is made of many natural traditional Chinese and Tibetan medicinal properties through modern techniques without using any narcotic or drug, said the Khaleej Times online edition.
"Fukang Tablet is effective in removing narcotic intoxication to relieve pain, strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and tranquilizing the mind to ease dysphasia.” said an official at Trans-world Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Company, manufacturer of the medicine.
“It is mainly used in eradicating the abstinent symptoms of drugs such as opium like heroin, morphine, and dolantin, cocaine, hemp and ICE in the addicts," he said.
He said the medicine could get rid of the toxin in the body of patients in three to six days and thus free them completely from drug addiction without any side-effects – Albawaba.com
