In Algeria, two members of a local security force were killed Saturday in the northeastern region of Kabylie, according to security sources.
The two were killed by armed Islamic extremists as they drove along a mountain road, the report said, cited by AFP.
The region is a stronghold of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) extremist Islamic group. (Albawaba.com)
