The Blue Gallery of Marrakech is organizing a painting exhibition in honor of Mohammed Ataallah's almost 50 years of artistic work (from 1956 to 2004), which is taking place from April 16 to May 8.
Ataallah was born in Morocco in 1939. He studied at the Art Schools of Tétouan, Seville, Madrid, Rome and Paris, leaving outside of Morocco for the last thirty years. Ataallah was able to hold his first painting exhibition already in his late teens, in 1957, and ever since, reports Al Bayane, he has presented his work in more than forty collective and individual exhibitions.
