Trade Union Council Plans to Establish Bank in Iran

The head of Iran's Trade Union Council, Framarz Keinia, has announced plans to create a domestic bank linked to the labor organization, according to the Tehran Times.  

In a seminar on trade union gatherings held in Semnan on Thursday, Keinia said that the planned bank would start its activities as a nationwide public bank, with its headquarters in Tehran.  

Referring to the board of trustees of the Trade Union Bank, he said that the members must have an edication higher than the bachelor of science (BS) degree, the paper said – Albawaba.com
