Multi-talented and eccentric songstress Tori Amos and her husband Mark Hawly announced the arrival of their baby daughter, according to ABC online.
The yet to be named baby came into the world on Tuesday, weighing in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce and measuring 21 inches in length, said ABC.
Both mom and baby are in splendid condition.
This marks the first child for Amos and Hawly, a recording engineer. The two met at Hawly’s Cornwall, England, studio, where Amos recorded her fourth-full
length album, From The Choirgirl Hotel.
Hawley and Amos married in 1998 at a medieval castle in the United Kingdom.
According to ABC, upon feeding the tyke for the first time, the new mom quipped that “an ounce of breast milk is even more potent than the finest tequila,”-Albawaba.com.
