Three people died and seven were injured in a gas explosion in an apartment block in southwestern Siberia Wednesday, Moscow Echo radio reported, citing the local emergencies ministry.
The head of the regional emergencies center, Viktor Karimov, told the radio station that two floors of the three-storey building had collapsed.
Moscow Echo reported that two of the victims were seriously injured and emergency services were searching for another two people under the rubble.
