An explosion aboard a Maltese freighter in the Gulf of Oman killed three crewmen and injured four more, the Oman News Agency reported Wednesday.
The report did not mention the cause of Tuesday's blast or the nationalities of the casualties.
Omani coastguards had begun towing the vessel to land, the agency said, adding that the injured had been hospitalized – MUSCAT (AFP)
