Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tareq Aziz will travel to Moscow later this month to discuss ending international sanctions against Baghdad, Interfax reported Friday quoting a diplomat.
The foreign ministry declined to comment on the report.
Aziz is due in Moscow on November 28 after making a stop in Beijing, Interfax said.
Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov who visited Baghdad earlier this month said he wanted a fair settlement of the Iraq issue after holding talks with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.
