Two parties to jointly invest in training of candidates to equip them with skills required for the real estate industry
Tanmia, the National Human Resource Development and Employment Authority, has recently announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai Properties, a leading real estate master developer, to facilitate training and employment of UAE Nationals registered with Tanmia.
As per the terms of the agreement –which is valid for a period of one year - Tanmia will liaise with Dubai Properties to identify job requirements, perform job matching, nominate suitable candidates and jointly develop training programs to meet the competency gaps of selected candidates. Tanmia and Dubai Properties will also jointly invest in the training of selected candidates where required, and Tanmia will also provide a mechanism for post-employment follow-up of job seekers.
Dubai Properties on their part, will provide Tanmia with detailed requirements specific to job openings, following which it will select from among the candidates referred by Tanmia, to provide either on-the-job-training or employment against training through a combination of classroom and work placement techniques.
