ALBAWABA - Swedish police confirmed that 10 people were killed in a shooting that occurred at Campus Risbergska, which is an adult education centre in Örebro city.
The police said in a statement that the Örebro school shooting is the deadliest and worst shooting in the country's history.
Roberto Eid Forest, the head of the Örebro police district, revealed to the media that a group were also injured when a gunman opened fire at the campus in central Sweden. He added that the attack, which happened at around 12.30 p.m. local time, prompted a major response from police and authorities.

"This is terribly exceptional. It's a nightmare," Roberto Eid Forest continued. The attacker died, the police head said, with reports guessing it was a possible suicide.
"He is believed to have acted alone and was previously unknown to the police," local media confirmed.
CNN reported citing Jonas Claesson, the regional health care director that six were injured and are getting treatment at the hospital, including five with gunshot wounds.
Four had undergone surgery, Jonas Claesson maintained.
