Sudanese President Omar Al-Basheer left Khartoum on Monday for Sanaa to participate in the tripartite summit, due to be held later Monday in the Yemeni capital.
Dr. Mustafa Othman, the Sudanese foreign minister, said in a press statement that the tripartite summit, set to be attended by the presidents of Sudan, Yemen and Ethiopia, are to discuss a number of issues including the developments of the situation in Somalia as well as the aggression recently launched against the Eastern borders of Sudan, according to SPA news agency.
